William Schanke
Lead PhotographerWilliam Schanke, 58, from Detroit, Michigan, has been taking photographs professionally since 1976, specializing in photographing beautiful women for web and magazine publications. With almost 40 yrs experience in photography and lighting, Will leads our network of over 30 photographers. Will graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1972 with a BS in Chemistry. He worked as a chemist for Chrysler Corp. for 2 years. After a layoff he found a chemist job at ANR Pipeline and worked in their lab for 26 years. In January 2001 he accepted an early retirement to concentrate on photography full time, shooting promariy for DreModels.
He has been an active member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) since 1991, and has won numerous awards from our President / CEO
Kevin Hill
Web designerKevin has a Computer Engineering Degree from University of Maryland College Park, and has been with Phaze II Inc since 2002. He possesses more than eight years of experience in Website Development, Template Designing, Logo Designing, Banner Designing. Kevin is responsible for creating and designing our websites and over the years, developed a myriad of skills and qualifications. Kevin has an aesthetic eye for design, and his signature can be seen on all the aspects of a website, from the text, fonts, graphics, images and general design. He is well versed in HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript/JQuery, Joomla, WordPress, Drupal and more Kevin also holds a certification from The International Association of Webmasters. His vision is to always stay on the cutting edge of technology helping Phaze II Multimedia Inc. stay ahead of the competition. When he is not spending time behind his Apple Mac Pro (12-Core), Kevin likes to unwind by working on his collection of RC helicopters.
Ramon Asenjo
ProgrammerRamon is in charge of all our PHP and MySQL-related applications and development Ramon joined our company in 2005 and since then has executed a ton of projects to date, helping improve functionalities and database management for our websites . Ramon has hands-on experience in PHP, Yii ,Zend ,CakePHP , CodeIgniter , Symfony, MySQL, CodeIgniter, Magento, Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Oscommerce, Jquery, RSS, WEB 2.0 and more. We depend on him for all our clean hand written codes.
His work is evident in our state of the art CMS which he built from ground up, and maintains 24/7
Deondre Lorenzo
Crew memberDeondre is an Alumni of VCU. He studied Chemical Engineering and worked briefly General Motors Corporation (GM). He enjoys traveling the world and being in the company beautiful women. Deondre can be seen around the studios assisting the crew and models with just about everything, and helping photoshoots run smoother.
To stay fit and find balance from his hectic schedule, Dre runs 40 miles a week in addition to strength and free weights exercises.
Tyreese Whitaker
Server AdminTyreese maintains our servers, making sure they are running 100% of the time as well as being updating them with the most current software; Kernel, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Perl, Exim, FTP, WHM/CPanel, etc... . He holds a B.Eng degree from one of the top Engineering colleges in the US, and loves to party hard when work is over.
Confidante
CuratorConfidante was born in the (DMV) area, and has close ties to Atlanta GA, San Diego CA, and Boston MA. She simply goes by the name Confidante. She studied Business Administration at one of the top business schools in the USA, working briefly for Choice Hotels International ® (HR) before joining our company. This American beauty model, dance choreographer, and actress oversees a lot of activities in the company. She handles model travel arrangements, hotel lodgings, "sleep over" arrangements at the Ultralodge, model wardrobe, and the all around liaison / well being of our models.
It's no wonder the team and the models refer to Confidante as the Curator of the PS ULTRALODGE

Make Up ArtistsErika began her career at the MAC counter as a certified make up artsist. Tired of being stuck behind a makeup counter without being able to have artistic freedom, she decided to branch out on her own. She found her creative outlet with Perfectshots, a company that truly let her grow as an artist. She now specializes in Bridal makeup, glamour makeup, fashion, television , and music videos.
Erika enjoys creating fresh new looks on each person she works with. Each face is a new palette and MAKEUP SHOULD BE PERSONAL, YOUTHFUL AND FOREVER EVOLVING she says.
She is patient, and has the time to attend to all our models needs especially during our hectic photoshoot jam events. From airbrushing, lipstick, foundation, blush, mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner, and nail polish, Erika has the Midas Perfect touch.
